i was told that the item should be shipped on 7th January, today is 9th and the item is not shipped yet...
can someone please assist me in this issue ?

i called discoazul today, and the person on the phone, after some minutes of wait, told me that the item will be shipped today.
it`s okay, or should i send an email too ??

well... as far as i know, my order hasn`t been shipped yet...
a bit frustrating, coz it`s almost a week and it hasn`t yet left your depo...
