Una de las grandes adaptaciones que tiene Square-Enix también llegará a Sony PSP, como pasa con Final Fantasy Dissidia, Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep presenta unos gráficos bastante cuidados y una jugabilidad a la ya vista en las primeras partes que pudimos probar en Playstation 2. Otro juego masivo online para quién no le guste los que ya hay, aunque por el trailer no tiene mala pinta, eso sí, si nos dejan andar a nuestra bola por el espacio puede dar mucho juego. Podremos visitar lugares que pudimos ver tanto en la serie de Star Trek como en la película. Muchos fans estarán muy agradecidos por esta adaptación ahora solo toca esperar a que den más información sobre la forma de juego, los viajes interestelares y como no, ver que profesiones y clases meten en el juego. Por ahora solo está previsto el juego para la plataforma PC, las consolas de sobremesa no se beneficiarán de él.
Aunque este juego de la Xbox Live! Arcade recibió críticas por su elevado precio, parece que tiene el record de puntuación on respecto a los juegos de la Xbox Live! Arcade. Grandes web que le dan puntuaciones a practicamente todos los juegos, como MetaCritic o GameRankings le dieron una puntuación de un 92 sobre 100, una gran cifra para este juego simplón.
